Naffziger Syndrome (Scalenus Anticus Syndrome)
General: Compression of brachi 646e47g al plexus and subclavian artery by scalenus anticus muscle; symptoms vary from mild, with remissions and exacerbations, to severe.
Ocular: Enophthalmos; ptosis (unilateral); small pupil.
Clinical: Weakness of ipsilateral hand grip; reduced ipsilateral biceps reflex; diminution of pulse volume on affected side; numbness and coldness in hand and fingers.
