Outer Retinal Ischemic Infarction Syndrome
General: Complication that may occur during the course 343g69d of cataract extraction or closed vitrectomy due to obstruction of choroidal circulation.
Ocular: Acute loss of central and paracentral vision; whitening of the outer retinal layers in posterior fundus; mottled changes in the pigment epithelium.
