General: Caused by intraocular lens coming in contact with uveal tissue; seen most frequently with intracapsular cataract extraction and anterior chamber intraocular lens imt.
Ocular: Corneal decompensation; endothelial dystrophy; retinal edema; pigment dispersion; painful eye; disorders of motility.
